Have you every known of two people and thought to yourself, “They would be really great together!”. Well, meet Katherine and Caine. Not only are they gorgeous, but they are such kind and loving people. I was thrilled when they choose me to be their wedding photographer and I could not wait to get them in front of my camera. Once spring was here, the day had come for their engagement session at Luther Burbank Park just outside of Seattle. We spent an evening enjoying the sunset, water and each other.
One thing I will always be grateful to Katherine and Caine for is that they were the one to tell me about what is now my all-time favorite lunch spot in Seattle – Il Corvo. They are big foodies like myself! We were talking about our plans for the holidays and the fact that my husband and I had a rare weekday lunch open together. They told us about Il Corvo and the delicious handmade daily pastas and we were sold. Now, Il Corvo is one of my favorite lunch spots whenever my husband and I can sneak away for a mid-day date.
During their engagement session, we talked about their wedding plans. They will have a very intimate celebration with a handful of their bestest friends and their close family. And not surprisingly, they have some DELICIOUS food planned to enjoy with everyone. It’s going to be a beautiful celebration!
