I still remember meeting Katherine and Micah over two years ago to discuss their Laurel Creek Manor wedding plans. I could immediately tell that they were so kind and in love – they were really a team! Their vision for their wedding to have a garden wedding at Laurel Creek Manor, celebrating in the sun with their closest family and friends and I’m so glad that they finally had their beautiful day last month! For their Laurel Creek Manor wedding, the sunny day made perfect use of the garden ceremony space. Katherine, Micah, and friends also folded paper cranes to hang in the ceremony space and throughout the venue – a sign of a symbol of love in Japanese culture.
For Katherine and Micah, their love story started with a chance first date. They both happened to be in Hawaii on vacation and friends set them up. The first date ended them with talking all night long at Waikiki Beach. Their connection was instant and their love naturally grew. Even when long-distance and a 7-hour time zone separated them, their commitment to each other was stead-fast. Since then, they’ve built a home together, made more memories together, and welcomed their furbaby, Moose, to their family.
Thanks for the vendor team for making this happen!
